Founder and CEO of PROSHOW supply. Also the creator of SG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT, F.O.H. sound engineer for renowned artists. He has been responsible for making productions for artists and companies such: Juan Luis Guerra, Carlos Vives, James Arthur, Lila Down, Gente de Zona, Miranda, Ha-Ash, Guaco, CNCO, Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Sony Music, Citi Bank, Chevron, Pepsico among others.

Javier Casas is a renowned sound engineer with 26 years of experience in the music industry. During his long career besides being nominated in multiple opportunities to the grammy awards among others, he has specialized in both studio and live sound and engineer for talented artists such as: Gabriela Montero, Luis Enrique, Rawayana, Yordano, Gaelica, King Chango, Servando & Florentino, Ilan Chester, Simon Diaz and C4 trio among others.

Salvador Fiandaca, a known operator of Audio and lighting of a long career, has served as technical director of many events and corporate events since 1990, his extensive experience has led him to work in the production of events for prestigious artists and companies such as: Simon Diaz, Ruben Blades, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Oscar de Leon, Movistar, DirecTV, CNN, Cartoon Network, Xerox among others.

Lighting and video designer with 8 years of experience in the visual production of events and shows. His rising career has led him to be responsible for the visual spectacle of artists such as: Chino and Nacho, Orishas, La vida Boheme, Karina, Raquel Sofia, Gaelica, Lila Down, as well as working in the production of events for prestigious companies with Sony Music, BOD Cultural Center, Heiga Audiovisual among others.

Lighting and Stage Designer with 14 years of experience in lighting for any kind of event. He have been lighting designer, programmer and operator of several TV shows, the most important are Miss Venezuela 2007-2012 (nominated at LDI Awards), Who wants to be Millionaire?, The Power of Ten, Dancing with the stars, and many more. He also have experience in theater shows as “Venezuela Viva The Musical” (lighting programmer for the London Paladium) and Sportacus The Musical (lighting programmer and operator for Latin America Tour) to name a few. He have been part of several music band crews being the most important Caramelos de Cianuro (2010 – 2014). He continue growing as visual artist, merging  lighting knowledge with video management and his first passion which is Photography Direction.

Erik Aldrey is a Mixing Engineer with over 20 years of experience. He has worked with amazing artists and producers either in studio as in concerts among those unforgettable collaborations are back-to-back nominations in 2000 for a Grammy and then in 2001 for a Latin Grammy, both as Recording and Mix engineer with Los Amigos Invisibles for Arepa 3000. The latest was in 2014 with a Latin Grammy nomination for “Record of the year”. Erik have being side by side with artists like Duran Duran, Ladytron, Stereophonics, Soul Coughing, Tom Vek and Superthrillers amongst many others.
